We ship within the United States and all orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please use a street address or your business address; FedEx ground does not deliver to post office boxes. A flat fee of $10.00 is charged for shipments under $75.00 and shipping is free for purchases over $75.00. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours and shipping time can take between one and five days depending on your location. 

Are your products certified organic?

Most of our ingredients are certified organic but the products themselves are not. Our main olive oil supplier is certified organic but we work with other farms that use sustainable, dry farming, or bio-dynamic methods to grow their crops. Our growers are land stewards that strive to maintain a robust ecosystem and maintain healthy soils while conserving water. Certification is very expensive and the extra cost just gets passed onto the consumer.  We'd rather use the highest quality ingredients that we know were grown with best-practices than purchase bulk from unknown suppliers with certification that we cannot verify. 


What is the shelf life of Napa Organics' products?

We use only high quality, premium natural and organic ingredients in our formulations and our products are made with naturally stable oils that have a shelf life of a year or longer. We recommend that you use our products within 6 months of purchase to ensure that they are as effective as can be. Once a product has been opened, it is important to avoid contamination by always using clean, dry hands or a small spoon, when touching product in an open jar. Keep products in a cool, dry place, out of heat and direct sunlight to prolong their shelf life. 

Return policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If we get it right, you'll always receive great service, honest pricing, respect for your time, and products you love. If we mess up, we'll make it right. We will replace or refund any item you are not satisfied with, less shipping.

Do you sell wholesale? Do you do custom orders?

We are scaling back our wholesale partnerships and concentrating our efforts on selling directly to our customers via our website. The production, packaging, and marketing for wholesale is a different kind of business from the fresh, bespoke service we offer to you.

In the past we have partnered with spas, retail stores and other e-commerce sites and will continue to do so on a very limited basis.  If you are interested in establishing a wholesale account and think your customers would love Napa Organics products, please get in touch. If it's the right fit, we'd love to talk and potentially begin a wholesale relationship with you.

We are no longer accepting requests for custom orders. While we love the collaboration and creativity it involves, we don't have the resources of time or personnel to give it the attention it requires.
